В пятницу, 24 июня, выйдет № 169-183 (5602-5616) Официального монитора Республики Молдова. В части I Законы, постановления Парламента Республики Молдова и указы Президента Республики Молдова будут опубликованы следующие документы: Закон о внесении дополнения в приложение 8 к Закону о системе оплаты труда в бюджетной сфере № 355-XVI от 23 декабря 2005 года (№ 119 от 2 июня 2016 г.) и указ о его промульгации.

LEGE pentru completarea articolului 111 din Codul muncii al Republicii Moldova nr.154-XV din 28 martie 2003
Proiectul prevede completarea alineatului (1) din articolul 111 al Codului muncii (reglementează zilele de sărbătoare nelucrătoare) cu o nouă zi de sărbătoare nelucrătoare ”1 iunie – Ziua Ocrotirii Copilului”.
Republica Moldova a devenitmembră cu drepturi depline la Acordul Organizației Mondiale a Comerțului (OMC) privind achiziţiile publice. Instrumentul de ratificare a documentului a fost prezentat la 22 iunie curent, la sediul OMC de către Delegaţia Guvernului Republicii Moldova în cadrul unei ceremonii speciale cu participarea reprezentanţilor celor 164 de state membre.
Proprietarii pot amplasa pe terenurile cu destinaţie agricolă structuri de primire turistică de tipul pensiunilor. Modificări şi completări în acest sens la Codul funciar au fost aprobate de Guvern.
Cinci ani în urmă, la data de 23 iunie, a fost instituită Ziua funcţionarului public. Cu acest prilej, «Monitorului Fiscal FISC.MD» adresează tuturor angajaţilor din domeniu public cuvinte de mulţumire şi gratitudine profundă pentru activitatea ce o realizaţi întru binele societăţii.
