Предложено актуализировать понятие «налоговое обязательство» – обязательство налогоплательщика уплатить в бюджет определенную сумму в качестве налога (пошлины), сбора, взносов ОМС и ОГСС, начисленных в процентном выражении, пени и/или штрафа. В действующей редакции Положения в понятийном аппарате не упоминаются взносы в бюджет госсоцстрахования и ОМС.

Prin procesele-verbale întocmite ANRCETI a constatat că 29 persoane fizice și juridice au încălcat regulile de protecție a liniilor și instalațiilor de comunicații electronice. Pentru comiterea acestor încălcări persoanele respective au fost sancționate cu amenzi de la 30 la 240 UC (de la 1500 până la 12000 lei).
