О порядке возврата взносов ОГСС и ОМС в некоторых случаях
Работнику предстояла серьезная операция и требовалась определенная сумма денег. После операции работник предполагал использовать свой очередной отпуск. В связи с тем, что денежные средства были необходимы для операции, но пока было неизвестно, сколько продлится период нетрудоспособности после операции, и можно будет использовать очередной отпуск, предприятие в начале января 2023 года выдало своему работнику аванс в размере двухмесячной заработной платы в счет будущих платежей.
