Astăzi, 1 septembrie 2022, intră în vigoare prevederile Legii nr. 195 din 27 iulie 2022 pentru modificarea unor acte normative, prin care au fost operate modificări în Codul muncii şi în Legea nr. 289/2004 privind indemnizaţiile pentru incapacitate temporară de muncă şi alte prestaţii de asigurări sociale (în continuare – Legea nr. 289/2004).
