Începând cu 1 ianuarie 2026, Codul fiscal al Republicii Moldova se completează cu Capitolul 104 „Regimul fiscal al antreprenorilor independenți”, introdus prin Legea nr. 228/2025 pentru modificarea unor acte normative (privind activitatea economică independentă a persoanelor fizice).
