 este o organizaţie de stat autonomă de nivel naţional, care dispune de personalitate juridică şi desfăşoară activităţi nonprofit în domeniul asigurării obligatorii de asistenţă medicală, fondată prin Hotărîrea Guvernului Republicii Moldova nr.950 din 7 septembrie 2001 în scopul implementării Legii cu privire la asigurarea obligatorie de asistenţă medicală nr.1585-XIII din 27 februarie 1998.

Componenţa Consiliului de administraţie al Companiei Naţionale de Asigurări în Medicină a fost modificată prin substituirea a doi membri desemnaţi de către Ministerul Sănătăţii, Muncii şi Protecţiei Sociale şi a unui propus de Confederaţia Naţională a Sindicatelor din Moldova.

O nouă modalitate de calcul pentru transferurile de la bugetul de stat către fondurile AOAM

Modalitatea de calcul a transferurilor de la bugetul de stat către fondurile asigurării obligatorii de asistenţă medicală (AOAM) pentru persoanele asigurate de Guvern a fost revizuită. Un proiect privind modificarea art.9 din Legea cu privire mărimea, modul şi termenele de achitare a primelor AOAM a fost adoptat în lectură finală de Parlament.

Ministerul Finanțelor propune spre consultare un proiect ce prevede indicarea expresă a bugetului în care urmează a fi virate toate încasările din amenzile aplicate pentru săvârșirea contravențiilor stipulate în Codul contravențional, marea majoritate urmând să fie virate în bugetul de stat.

Compania Naţională de Asigurări în Medicină (CNAM) vine cu precizări referitoare la prescrierea medicamentelor compensate, ca urmare a prezentării, în şedinţa de joi, 16 noiembrie, a Parlamentului, a raportului anual 2016 al Curţii de Conturi asupra administrării și întrebuințării resurselor financiare publice şi patrimoniului public.

CNAM a alocat 94 mil.lei pentru antidiabetice compensate

În ianuarie-septembrie 2017, pentru antidiabeticele compensate au fost alocate aproape 94 mil. lei, în creştere cu peste 10 mil. faţă de perioada similară a anului trecut. Cheltuielile pentru aceste preparate reprezintă aproape un sfert din volumul total al mijloacelor financiare destinate în acest an medicamentelor compensate.

В следующем месяце запланирована проверка территориальным агентством НКМС правильности отпуска работникам полисов ОМС. Предупредили, что также будет осуществляться проверка соблюдения предприятием охвата медицинским страхованием всех работников предприятия.
