 este o organizaţie de stat autonomă de nivel naţional, care dispune de personalitate juridică şi desfăşoară activităţi nonprofit în domeniul asigurării obligatorii de asistenţă medicală, fondată prin Hotărîrea Guvernului Republicii Moldova nr.950 din 7 septembrie 2001 în scopul implementării Legii cu privire la asigurarea obligatorie de asistenţă medicală nr.1585-XIII din 27 februarie 1998.

Ответственность за неисчисление взносов ОМС лицам, указанным в приложении 2 к Закону № 1593

Наслышаны, что на предприятия возложена ответственность за учет категорий плательщиков, установленных в приложении 2 к Закону о размере, порядке и сроках уплаты взносов обязательного медицинского страхования № 1593-XV от 26.12.2002 г. Означает ли это, что предприятие ответственно за уплату категориями плательщиков, установленных в приложении 2, годовой фиксированной суммы взносов ОМС, либо это нечто иное? С каких пор установлена такая ответственность?

La 1 octombrie 2017 veniturile fondurilor asigurării obligatorii de asistență medicală erau executate în sumă de 4595124,6 mii lei din cei 6141657,4 mii lei, planificați pentru anul curent, potrivit informației publicate de Compania Națională de Asigurări în Medicină.

Стоимость полиса обязательного медстрахования в 2018 г. не изменится

Согласно законопроекту о фондах обязательного медицинского страхования на 2018 г., стоимость полиса ОМС в фиксированной сумме в следующем году сохранится на уровне 4056 леев. Размер взносов ОМС, рассчитанные в процентном отношении к зарплате и другим выплатам, также не изменятся и составит 9% — работодатель и работник будут выплачивать по 4,5%.
