Republica Moldova este Republică Parlamentară. Preşedintele şi vicepreşedinţii Parlamentului se aleg după constituirea legală a Legislativului. Potrivit prevederilor Regulamentului Parlamentului, Preşedintele forului se alege pe durata mandatului prin vot secret al majorităţii deputaţilor aleşi, la propunerea fracţiunilor parlamentare. Vicepreşedinţii Parlamentului se aleg prin votul deschis a majorităţii deputaţilor aleşi, la propunerea Preşedintelui Parlamentului, după consultarea fracţiunilor parlamentare.

Achizițiile publice de mică valoare: majorarea pragurilor cu 50%

Începând cu 1 iulie 2023, pentru contractele de achiziții publice de mică valoare vor fi aplicate praguri majorate cu 50%. Legea nr. 7 din 2 februarie 2023, prin care au fost operate modificări la Legea nr. 131/2015 privind achizițiile publice, a fost publicată în Monitorul Oficial din 18 februarie curent.
