Potrivit prevederilor Regulamentului Parlamentului, Preşedintele forului se alege pe durata mandatului prin vot secret al majorităţii deputaţilor aleşi, la propunerea fracţiunilor parlamentare. Vicepreşedinţii Parlamentului se aleg prin votul deschis a majorităţii deputaţilor aleşi, la propunerea Preşedintelui Parlamentului, după consultarea fracţiunilor parlamentare.

Услуги альтернативного ухода за ребенком – на базе патента

Вводятся два новых вида альтернативного ухода за детьми: индивидуальные услуги ухода за ребенком и семейный тип услуг ухода за ребенком (приложение к Закону 93/1998 дополнено позициями 2.52 и 2.53). Размер ежемесячной оплаты за предпринимательский патент в обоих случаях составит 200 леев в мун. Кишинев и Бельцы, 150 леев – в других муниципиях и городах, 100 леев – в селах страны.

Поддержана поправка в п. b) пятого абзаца ст. 96 НК, в соответствии с которой тарифная позиция 070960000 будет заменена на 070960.
