Serviciul Fiscal de Stat

activitatea este direcţionată spre îndeplinirea sarcinilor principale – colectarea eficientă a veniturilor bugetare, asigurarea cadrului necesar aplicării unitare a legislaţiei fiscale, obţinerii unor performanţe în vederea asigurării stabilităţii. Serviciul Fiscal de Stat tinde să obţină un grad înalt de conformare voluntară a contribuabililor, oferindu-le soluţii optime şi competente printr-un ansamblu de servicii automatizate de o înaltă calitate, ce corespund ultimelor realizări din domeniul tehnologiilor informaţionale, concomitent cu armonizarea legislaţiei fiscale a Republicii Moldova la standardele internaţionale de administrare fiscală.

Банки предоставят ГНС информацию о счетах, открытых нерезидентами

Физические лица-нерезиденты (иностранные граждане или лица без гражданства) и юридические лица-нерезиденты, не имеющие налоговых обязательств и/или не располагающие объектами налогообложения на территории Молдовы, могут открывать банковские счета в финансовых учреждениях (отделениях или их филиалах) нашей страны. Однако теперь финансовые учреждения обязаны предоставлять в ГНС информацию об открытых счетах этими лицами, а также о последующих операциях с ними, в том числе закрытии счетов.

Разрешение спорных ситуаций при использовании электронных налоговых услуг

Государственная налоговая служба внесла изменения и дополнения в Инструкцию о порядке использования электронных налоговых услуг, утвержденную Приказом ГНС № 232 от 27 июля 2017 г., с целью повышения эффективности налогового администрирования и оптимизации процедур для выявления, управления и разрешения спорных ситуаций, которые возникают при использовании электронных налоговых услуг. В частности, упразднена Комиссия по урегулированию спорных ситуаций ГНC (в ее состав входили представители ГНС, оператора, налогоплательщика и, при необходимости, другие лица).

Tichetele de masă: atribuirea diapazonului şi seriilor numerice

Serviciul Fiscal de Stat a publicat în MO de astăzi, 11 mai 2018, Ordinul nr.230 din 3 mai 2018 cu privire la modul de atribuire a primului element din diapazonul de serii numerice operatorilor tichetelor de masă. Conform documentului, pentru obținerea acestuia operatorii tichetelor de masă urmează să depună în adresa Serviciului Fiscal de Stat o cerere, modelul căreia este parte componentă a Ordinului publicat.

Scopul acțiunilor de specialitate este asigurarea unei administrări eficiente a contribuabililor, stabilirii și prevenirii cazurilor de încălcare a prevederilor legislației în vigoare și conformarea agenților economici respectivi.
