Articolul 31. Dispoziţii generale
(1) Importul este regimul vamal în care mărfurile introduse pe teritoriul vamal primesc statutul de mărfuri puse în liberă circulaţie numai după ce sînt plătite drepturile de import şi sînt aplicate măsurile de politică economică.

2. (4.9.19) Cum se determina spre restituire suma accizelor aferente marfurilor supuse accizelor exportate în baza contractului de comision?
Potrivit pct.14 din Regulamentul privind restituirea accizelor, aprobat prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr.1123 din 28 septembrie 2006, suma accizelor, prevăzută spre restituire pentru exportul mărfurilor supuse accizelor efectuat în condiţiile contractului de comision, se determină ca sumele accizelor trecute în cont, în conformitate cu art.125 alin.(1) din Codul fiscal, aferente materiei prime utilizate la prelucrarea/fabricarea producţiei exportate.

7. (28.17.2) Ce cotă a TVA se va aplica pentru livrarea oxigenului?
În conformitate cu litera b) al articolului 96 din Codul fiscal, la medicamentele de la poziţiile tarifare 3001–3004, atît indicate în Nomenclatorul de stat de medicamente, cît şi autorizate de Ministerul Sănătăţii, importate şi/sau livrate pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova, precum şi medicamentele preparate în farmacii conform prescripţiilor magistrale, cu conţinut de ingrediente (substanţe medicamentoase) autorizate se impune cu TVA la cota de 8%.
