Наша работница первый год находится в отпуске по уходу за ребенком до исполнения ему возраста 3-х лет. С 1 октября она хочет приобрести патент на 1 год. Работать по патенту она будет на дому. Обязана ли она по закону уплатить за этот период фиксированную сумму взносов обязательного государственного социального страхования и обязательного медицинского страхования?

С 18.08.2017 года вступила в силу новая редакция п.70 Положения об условиях назначения, порядке исчисления и выплаты пособий по временной нетрудоспособности, утвержденного Постановлением Правительства № 108 от 3 февраля 2005 г. Вносит ли данная редакция новую юридическую нагрузку в порядке исчисления пособий социального страхования? Если да, то какую? Если нет, то какой смысл ее внесения?

Analiza tendințelor şi priorităților pe termen mediu şi scurt în cadrul acestei note este făcută prin prisma analizei Cadrului Bugetar pe Termen Mediu (CBTM) 2018-2020 (aprobat prin HG nr. 609 din 28 iulie 2017) şi nota informativă la proiectul legii bugetului de stat pe anul 2018 şi bugetul de stat pentru 2017 rectificat şi anexele relevante.
În cadrul Casei Naționale pentru Asigurări Sociale va funcționa un grup de lucru responsabil de achizițiile publice a biletelor de tratament balneosanatorial. Acest grup va funcționa în baza Regulamentului cu privire la activitatea grupului de lucru pentru achiziții.

Я работаю неофициально в фирме «Х». Соответственно, от моей заработной платы не исчисляются взносы ОГСС и ОМС. Скоро мне выходить в декретный отпуск. Хотя у меня заработная плата больше, собираюсь оформлять пособие по материнству по месту работы мужа.
