Protecția consumatorilor – producătorul este obligat să introducă şi/sau să pună la dispoziţie pe piaţă numai produse inofensive, care corespund cerinţelor stabilite în actele normative şi celor declarate şi care trebuie să fie însoţite de documente ce atestă conformitatea, precum şi de alte documente, conform legislaţiei.
Protecția consumatorilor în cazul neconformității produselor sau serviciilor prestate La etapa actuală, Republica Moldova a abordat un model de legislație în favoarea consumatorului, reglementând mai multe mecanisme de protecție a acestuia. Raporturile în domeniul protecţiei consumatorilor sunt reglementate prin Codul civil, Legea nr. 105/2003 privind protecţia consumatorilor ( Legea nr. 105/2003),
