В целях соблюдения положений разделов II и III Налогового кодекса (НК), какими документами оформляется поставка товаров, осуществленная безвозмездно для продвижения продаж? Если одним из этих документов, согласно обобщенной базе налоговой практики (п.35.1.14), является налоговая накладная без отметки «non livrare», которая попадает в приложение № 2 к декларации по НДС, то какие данные покупателя указываются в этой накладной и приложении? Сложность состоит в том, что идентифицировать получателя при промо-акциях практически невозможно.

În ce boxă a Declarației privind TVA se va reflecta stornarea TVA în cazul rebuturilor? În cazul când efectuăm procurări de marfa ce nu țin de activitatea noastră, TVA îl trecem la cheltuieli? În ce boxa indicăm aceste date?

Livrarea producției agricole către arendatori persoane fizice are loc în baza facturii fiscale și a informației despre beneficiari. Cum se reflectă livrările date în factura respectivă, în anexă la Declarația privind TVA? Ce indicăm în rubrica „Codul fiscal al beneficiarului” în condițiile când beneficiari sunt mai multe persoane fizice?
