Entitatea X cumpăra de la persoana fizica nerezidenta (Fondatorul) cota parte de 100% din capitalul social a entității Y rezidenta a RM. Apare obligația entității X de a retine impozitul la sursa de plata de la persoana nerezidentă şi în ce mărime?

Два юридических лица заключают между ними контракт на поставку нефтепродуктов. Я как физическое лицо выступаю как комиссионер за определённую выполненную работу. Как в РМ облагается налогом на прибыль деятельность физических лиц, если я получаю определённую комиссию за выполненную работу?

În cazul în care persoana juridică nu dispune de surse financiare pentru a întoarce împrumutul oferit de fondator conform contractului de împrumut, există o altă modalitate de restituire a împrumutului? De exemplu, prin facturarea şi eliberarea pe numele fondatorului a mărfurilor de care dispune compania în stoc sau a mijloacelor fixe, sau servicii în sumă echivalentă împrumutului acordat.

Fondatorul unei SRL (1), acordând un credit altei SRL (2), achită careva impozite, dacă contractul de împrumut nu prevede plata unei dobânzi?

Cum se întocmeşte bilanţul final de lichidare, există un anumit model? În cazul dizolvării persoanei juridice, după înregistrarea desemnării sale, conform prevederilor art.91 din Codul civil nr.1107 din 06.06.2002, lichidatorul publică în “Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova”

Наша фирма продает товар в другие города РМ курьерской доставкой. Для этого заключен контракт с ГП «Poşta Moldovei». Плату за товар забирает курьер и ГП «Poșta Moldovei» перечисляет ее нам на расчетный счет. Кому в этом случае мы должны выписать чек и/или накладную – конечному покупателю или ГП «Poșta Moldovei», от которой пришли средства?
