Fondatorul SRL vinde partea sa socială societății. Consecințele fiscale Este în drept persoana fizică, fondatorul SRL ,,X”, să vândă partea sa socială societății și nu altui fondator? Ce consecințe fiscale pot surveni în situația examinată?

Compania rezidentă A (întreprindere neplătitoare de TVA) a încheiat un contract cu compania B nerezidentă, obiectul contractului fiind prestarea serviciilor (redactarea tehnică, ilustrarea şi machetarea unor materiale) prin intermediul internetului. Respectiv, Compania A transmite aceste materiale prin e-mail companiei B care, la rândul său, după efectuarea activităților corespunzătoare, le transmite înapoi tot prin e-mail. Aceste tipuri de servicii se consideră import de servicii? Apar în acest caz obligații privind TVA pentru întreprinderea rezidentă neplătitoare de TVA?
Are dreptul nerezidentul care desfășoară activitatea de întreprinzător prin intermediul reprezentanței permanente se aplice regimul special de impozitare pentru intreprinderile mici și mijlocii (4%)?
Предприятие заключило предварительный договор купли-продажи недвижимого имущества с предоставлением аванса. Впоследствии, в силу определенных обстоятельств, финансовое положение предприятия не позволило завершить процесс приобретения недвижимости. Включаются ли эти расходы в состав вычитаемых расходов?
