Potrivit prevederilor art.4 alin.(13) din Legea pentru punerea în aplicarea a titlului III a Codului Fiscal, nr. 1417 din 17 decembrie 1997, mărfurile şi serviciile destinate realizării proiectelor Fondului de Investiţii Sociale din Moldova
În conformitate cu art.104 lit. a) din Codul fiscal, toate tipurile de transporturi internaţionale
În conformitate cu art.104 lit. a) din Codul fiscal, toate tipurile de transporturi internaţionale de mărfuri şi pasageri sunt scutite de TVA cu drept de deducere.
