Potrivit art.102 alin.(15) din Codul fiscal, în scopul confirmării dreptului la restituirea sumei T.V.A. pe mărfurile şi serviciile procurate
În conformitate cu art.104 lit. a) din Codul fiscal, serviciile de expediţie pentru transportul internaţional sunt scutite de TVA cu drept de deducere.
În conformitate cu prevederile art.5 din Codul transporturilor rutiere, aprobat prin Legea nr.150 din 17 iulie 2014, serviciile de remorcare (serviciile evacuatorului) sunt calificate drept transport rutier în trafic internațional.
În condițiile acțiunii art.114 alin.(2) din Codul fiscal, în cazul anulării înregistrării, ultima perioadă fiscală începe în prima zi a lunii în care a avut loc anularea şi se termină în ultima zi a lunii cînd a intrat în vigoare actul cu privire la anularea înregistrării.
Potrivit art.102 alin.(1) din Codul fiscal, în cazul achitării TVA la buget
În conformitate cu art.104 lit. a) din Codul fiscal, toate tipurile de transporturi internaţionale de mărfuri sînt scutite de TVA cu drept de deducere.
