Articolul 49 din Codul fiscal stabilește facilitățile fiscale în exclusivitate pentru rezidenții zonelor economice libere.
În cazul lichidării sau reorganizării agentul economic urmează să țină cont de regulile stabilite în art. 59 din Codul fiscal.
Potrivit art.103 alin.(1) pct.29) din Codul fiscal, în redacţia Legii nr.281 din 16 decembrie 2016 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 27 decembrie 2016, nr. 472-477 (5905-5910)) sunt scutite de TVA activele materiale pe termen lung utilizate nemijlocit la fabricarea produselor
