Conform art. 211 alin. (4) din Legea nr. 231 din 23 septembrie 2010 cu privire la comerțul interior, termenul de plată al comerciantului către furnizor pentru produsele alimentare contractate şi livrate se stabileşte în cadrul negocierii contractului, dar nu poate fi mai mare de 30 de zile calendaristice de la data livrării produselor de către furnizor.
Conform prevederilor Legii nr. 231 din 23 septembrie 2010 cu privire la comerțul interior verificarea respectării prevederilor art. 211 alin.(5) din legea dată nu este pusă în sarcina Serviciului Fiscal de Stat.
Referitor la cazurile când scutirea pentru persoana întreținută nu corespunde condițiilor art. 35 alin. (2) din CF Ce urmează să întreprindă agentul economic în cazul în care a stabilit că unii angajați au beneficiat pe parcursul anului fiscal de gestiune de scutire pentru persoana întreținută care nu corespunde condițiilor specifice la art. 35 alin. (2) din CF?
