В 2014 г. поступления в виде дорожных сборов в бюджет Молдовы составили 516,8 млн леев, что на 1,9% (9,9 млн леев) меньше плана. Как сообщили агентству InfoMarket в Минфине, в сравнении с показателями предыдущего года они снизились на 26,9 млн леев (-4,9%.) Как отмечают в Минфине, одной из причин невыполнения плана поступлений дорожных сборов в казну в этом году стало сокращение размера платы за пользование автомобильными дорогами для смешанных транспортных средств, зарегистрированных в Молдове.

Aeroportul Internațional Chisinau ocupă locul întai în clasamentul european al aeroporturilor care au înregistrat cea mai mare creștere a traficului aerian în anul 2014, la categoria sub 5 mln de pasageri.Alături de Chsinau, în această categorie au mai fost incluse aeropoartele Santorini, Belgrad, Mikonos și Maribor. Clasamentul a fost realizat de Airports Council International-Europe.

Отвечая на вопросы журналистов в ходе пресс-конференции в четверг о причинах обесценивания лея, президент Нацбанка уточнил, что нет прямой связи между валютными колебаниями и ситуацией в Banca de Economii или в других банках страны.
Денежные переводы в Молдову через банки в пользу физических лиц из стран СНГ в 2014 г. сократились на 4,6%, а из стран Европейского союза – выросли на 8,8%. При этом доля стран СНГ в общем объеме денежных переводов в Молдове сократилась с 66,3% в 2013 г. до 63,1% — в 2014 г., а доля стран Евросоюза — увеличилась с 18,6% до 20,2%.
Veniturile bugetului de stat al Moldovei în 2014 au atins 27,717 mlrd. lei ($1,522 mlrd.), ceea ce este cu 23,5% mai mult decât în anul precedent, însă cu 479,9 mln. (1,7%) mai puţin decât s-a planificat.
Numărul infracţiunilor pe teritoriul ţării a crescut în 2014, arată datele Inspectoratului General de Poliţie. Astfel, pe parcursul anului trecut, în Moldova, au fost înregistrate 39 de mii de infracţiuni, mai mult cu 10% decât în 2013.
