Amnistia de capital propusă ar putea duce la legalizarea actelor precedente de corupţie şi perpetuarea în funcţie a funcţionarilor corupţi, fapt ce vine în contradicţie cu obiectivele luptei împotriva corupţiei, prin faptul că instituţiile de resort nu vor putea verifica provenienţa activelor declarate.
Работник принес листок о медицинском отпуске и сказал, что болен онкологическим заболеванием. Однако на самом листке о медицинском отпуске никаких отметок, свидетельствующих об этом, нет. Как быть в таком случае, если известно, что больным онкологическими заболеваниями больничные должны быть оплачены с первого дня за счет средств бюджета государственного социального страхования и в размере 100% основы расчета, независимо от страхового стажа больного?
