Comisia Națională a Pieței Financiare va avea dreptul de a înstrăina, în termen de 3 luni, acțiunile persoanelor care au încălcat cerințele privind calitatea acționariatului. Legea pentru modificarea și completarea art.29 din Legea cu privire la asigurări și decretul de promulgare a ei au fost publicate în Monitorul Oficial din 22 decembrie curent.

Мне предстоит медицинский отпуск в связи с беременностью и родами. В одном из месяцев периода расчета я 25 дней пролежала в больнице. Застрахованный доход за этот месяц составляет всего 850 леев. Можно ли заменить этот месяц другим, предшествующим периоду расчета месяцем, при исчислении пособия по материнству, и, соответственно, по уходу за ребенком до исполнения ему возраста 3 лет? В каких случаях это возможно?
