Предприятие аннулировало подписанный приказ о приеме на работу нового работника и не допустило его к работе. Несостоявшийся работник обратился в суд. Решением судебной инстанции данное лицо было восстановлено в правах приема на работу. Суд продолжался более полугода.

Согласно данным Национальной Компании Медицинского Страхования (CNAM), за одиннадцать месяцев текущего года в фонды обязательного медицинского страхования (ОМС) поступило около 5,65 млрд леев, что составляет 100,3% от запланированной суммы.
Casa Naţională de Asigurări Sociale anunţă că începând cu 1 decembrie curent, prin intermediul subdiviziunilor sale teritoriale, va elibera clienţilor instituţiei mai multe tipuri de certificate/extrase din contul persoanei asigurate.
Modalitatea de calcul a transferurilor de la bugetul de stat către fondurile asigurării obligatorii de asistenţă medicală (AOAM) pentru persoanele asigurate de Guvern a fost revizuită. Un proiect privind modificarea art.9 din Legea cu privire mărimea, modul şi termenele de achitare a primelor AOAM a fost adoptat în lectură finală de Parlament.
Potrivit proiectului legii bugetului 2018, intrările din granturi la bugetul de stat vor constitui 2 830,0 mil.lei, ceea ce în raport cu veniturile totale constituie 7,7%, iar ca pondere în PIB – 1,8% şi include granturi pentru susținerea bugetului în sumă de 2 189,2 mil.lei, ceea ce se echivalează cu 105,2 mil.euro sau 77,4% din totalul sumei și granturi pentru finanțarea proiectelor din surse externe – 640,8 mil. lei sau $39,4 mil., ceea ce reprezintă 22,6%. În anul viitor suma granturilor se va dubla, majorându-se cu 1 657,9 mil. lei.

Национальная Комиссия по Финансовому Рынку (НКФР) продлила срок продажи 41,09% акций «Moldova Agroinbank» (MAIB) до сентября 2018 г. С просьбой о продлении срока продажи данного пакета акций к НКФР обратился Национальный банк (НБМ), поскольку к середине декабря не удастся, как планировалось ранее, завершить сделку с продажей пакета акций.
