Lista activităţilor pentru care este necesară obţinerea autorizaţiei sanitare de funcţionare pentru iniţierea desfăşurării activităţii de întreprinzător a fost redusă odată cu publicarea pe 27 octombrie 2017 în MO a modificărilor aprobate la Legea nr. 231/2010 cu privire la comerțul interior.

Stimați contribuabili, ținem să va informăm că a fost actualizată Baza generalizată a practicii fiscale. Actualizarea a fost efectuată prin Ordinul SFS nr.420 din 02.11.2017
Работник устроен на работу с 1 июля 2016 года. Весь декабрь 2016 года он был в отпуске за свой счет. Сейчас принес больничные листы со 2 по 5 сентября 2017 года, затем с 7 по 11 сентября 2017. Это его первые больничные листки в этом году. Можно ли за декабрь 2016 года включить в расчет одну минимальную заработную плату в реальном секторе? Из чьих средств следует оплачивать указанные больничные листы, если они выданы на 4 и 5 дней?
