Об этом сообщили в Государственной налоговой службе, отметив, что согласно поправкам в Налоговый кодекс, внесенным в рамках утверждения бюджетно-налоговой политики на 2017 г., субъекты налогообложения – физические лица, не занимающиеся предпринимательской деятельностью, сдающие физическим лицам во владение и/или пользование (в имущественный наем, аренду, узуфрукт) недвижимую собственность, уплачивают налог в размере 7% из стоимости договора.
