Legea ce prevede declararea vinului produs alimentar fost publicată în Monitorul Oficial, Nr. 109-118 din 7 aprilie curent, iar potrivit Legii, prevederile vor intra în vigoare la 30 de zile după publicare.

În Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, Nr. 109-118 din 8 aprilie curent, a fost publicată Legea ce prevede modificări la Legea nr. 440/2001 cu privire la zonele economice libere. Astfel, se introduce noţiunea producție industrială a mărfurilor, care se defineşte drept producție în al cărei proces materia primă și semifabricatele sînt transformate în produs finit cu utilizarea echipamentelor industriale.
