Moldova ocupă locul 20 în clasamentul celor mai mari producători de vin din lume, cu un indicator de 1,7 mil. hectolitri, conform situației din 2015. Aceste date sunt oferite de Organizația internațională a viei și vinului (OIV).
În perioada 17–23 octombrie 2016, veniturile încasate la bugetul de stat de către Serviciul Vamal au constituit 395,3 mil. lei sau cu 41,8 mil. lei mai mult decât săptămâna precedentă. Numărul declaraţiilor vamale perfectate a crescut cu 980 şi a constituit 10 072 declarații vamale.
Молдова заняла 1-е место по объему поставок пива с Украины за 9 мес. 2016 г. с долей в 31,38% от общего объема, закупив его на $4,39 млн.
