Restituirea T.V.A., taxei vamale şi accizelor în contul stingerii datoriilor va fi posibilă doar pentru subiectul impunerii/ plătitorului vamal, care dispune de decizie de restituire a T.V.A., accize sau a drepturilor de import. De asemenea, se va permite restituirile în contul viitoarelor obligaţii faţă de bugetul public naţional a acestuia, potrivit prevederilor proiectului politicii fiscale, vamale și bugetare pe 2016.

În Moldova ar putea apărea primele automate de schimb valutar. Datorită noilor aparate, asemănătoare cu bancomatele, clienţii vor putea schimba valuta contra lei, fără a merge la bănci sau la casele de schimb.
Parlamentul a adoptat ieri în primă lectură proiectul unei noi legi privind activitatea notarială, informează Moldpres. Proiectul a fost inițiat de Ministerul Justiției și prevede condiții noi de accedere în funcția de notar.
