Президент Молдовы Николай Тимофти подписал указ о назначении и наделении полномочиями официальной делегации Молдовы для ведения переговоров по проекту данного соглашения.

Datoriile autorităților și angajatorilor din Transnistria pentru plata salariilor au atins la 1 noiembrie suma de 254,8 milioane de ruble transnistrene (echivalentul 22,9 milioane de dolari). Suma restantă este de nouă ori mai mare decât cea din anul trecut. Datoriile acumulate sunt pentru jumătate din cei aproape 90 mii de angajați din stânga Nistrului.
