Consiliul Concurenței a sancționat compania „Scavolin” S.R.L. cu o amendă în valoare de peste 21 mil. de lei pentru preluarea controlului asupra „Anesto-Tur” S.R.L. Această acțiune, potrivit Consiliului Concurenței, constituie o concentrare economică nenotificată, incompatibilă cu mediul concurențial.

Consiliul de Administrație a Agenției Naționale pentru Reglementare în Energetică a răspuns la pretențiile companiilor Gas Natural Fenosa și Moldovagaz, care s-au arătat nemulțumite de noile tarife la serviciile de distribuţie şi furnizare a energiei electrice și gazelor, în legătură cu neincluderea în tarife a devierilor financiare acumulate în urma deprecierii valutei naţionale în raport cu dolarul SUA şi l-au informat în mod oficial pe regulatorul energetic despre intenția de a contesta în instanța de judecată hotărîrea acestuia privind noile tarife, relatează Noi.md.
