Guvernul Republicii Moldova intenţionează să reducă riscurile creării unui monopol, atunci când e vorba de obţinerea unor rezultate de laborator şi exportul unor produse. Deocamdată însă, Consiliul economic al prim-ministrului a găsit o soluţie pe termen scurt.
Guvernul a avizat ieri un proiect de lege care prevede modificarea și completarea Legii cu privire la activitatea farmaceutică, informează Moldpres. Proiectul stabilește valori diferențiate ale adaosului comercial pentru medicamente, în funcție de prețul acestora și modul de livrare către consumator — cu amănuntul, prin rețeaua de farmacii comunitare, precum și pentru medicamentele compensate din fondurile asigurării obligatorii de asistență medicală.

Они были определены в ходе проведенного ими в Голерканах совместного рабочего заседания, на котором стороны обсудили переданные правительству в начале марта этого года рекомендации внешних доноров для реализации Соглашения об ассоциации РМ-ЕС.
Perioada de reduceri la achitarea primei de asigurare obligatorie de asistenţă medicală (AOAM) a fost prelungită cu încă trei luni odată cu intrarea în vigoare pe 28 aprilie a Legii fondurilor AOAM pentru 2015. Persoanele care se asigură în mod individual beneficiază până pe 28 iulie 2015 de reduceri la achitarea primei de asigurare obligatorie de asistenţă medicală în sumă fixă, valoarea căreia a rămas la nivelul anului trecut – 4056 lei.
