GȚ: organul înregistrării de stat va efectua procesul de înregistrare fiscală, statistică, medicală şi socială
La 1 ianuarie 2023 au fost puse în aplicare prevederile Legii nr. 270/2022 pentru modificarea unor acte normative, care vizează Legea nr. 1353/2000 privind gospodăriile țărănești (de fermier) și Legea nr. 220/2007 privind înregistrarea de stat a persoanelor juridice și a întreprinzătorilor individuali.

În Monitorul Oficial din 17 februarie curent a fost publicată Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 954 din 28 decembrie 2022 cu privire la aprobarea Strategiei de dezvoltare a sistemului statistic național pentru perioada 2023-2030.
Vineri, 17 februarie 2023, a intrat în vigoare standardul ocupațional „Lăcătuş la reţele de apeduct și de canalizare”, aprobat prin Ordinul nr.21 din 10 februarie, emis de Ministerul Infrastructurii și Dezvoltării Regionale.

Правомерность тестирования персонала c применением полиграфа
В предусмотренных законодательством случаях подлежат тестированию на полиграфе лица, являющиеся гражданами РМ, иностранными гражданами или лицами без гражданства, если это вытекает из трудового договора. Далее представлена таблица действующих правовых норм, относительно правомерности тестирования персонала с применением полиграфа.

Компания-резидент РМ выплатила аванс в пользу иностранной компании. Иностранная компания не выполнила свое обязательство по поставке товара в счет полученного аванса. Применяется ли в этом случае санкция за нерепатриацию в срок денежных средств в условиях наличия решения арбитражной инстанции Молдовы, обязывающего иностранного поставщика погасить задолженность и решения судебной инстанции иностранного государства о возвращении исполнительного листа в связи с отсутствием возможности взыскания долга? Разрешается ли вычет расходов, понесенных компанией в данной ситуации?
Хозяйствующие субъекты, владеющие оборудованием для производства табачных изделий, после получения лицензии подлежат обязательной регистрации в Государственном реестре оборудования для производства табачных изделий.
