Proiectele formularului Declarației pe propria răspundere pentru îndeplinirea condiției prevăzute la art.101/7 alin.(4) din Codul fiscal și Instrucțiunea de completare a acesteia, necesitatea elaborării cărora este determinată de modificările operate la Codul fiscal prin Legea nr. 139/2025 care introduc regimul de taxare inversă pentru livrările de energie electrică și gaze naturale, au fost înaintate pentru consultări publice.
