• Конституционный Суд постановил, что поимущественный налог и налог на недвижимость имеют значительные различия, поэтому должны уплачиваться оба платежа. • Молдавская делегация примет участие в ежегодных заседаниях Международного валютного фонда и Всемирного банка, которые пройдут в Вашингтоне (США) с 9 по 15 октября 2017 г. • Министерство финансов внесло изменения в Приказ №104 от 4 июля 2017 г. об утверждении сроков представления финансовых отчетов за I полугодие и 9 месяцев 2017 г. центральными и местными органами публичной власти. • С 11 по 14 сентября с рабочим визитом в Государственной Налоговой Службе побывала делегация секретариата Всемирного Форума по прозрачности и информационному обмену в налоговых целях. • Утверждена новая форма решения о принудительном взыскании таможенного обязательства. • Национальная Касса Социального Страхования предлагает проект оптимизации собственной деятельности через сокращение персонала и регионализацию территориальных органов. • Национальный проект “Prima casă” с уровня обсуждения повысил статус до проекта закона. • Оплата квитанций за административные правонарушения на месте констатации факта без оформления протокола стала возможной после вступления в силу положений Приказа МВД № 118 от 5 мая текущего года. • Совет по конкуренции оштрафовал компании «Ecosem Grup», «Irinda Prim» и «Litarcom» за фальсификацию документации в ходе тендера, организованного три года назад госпредприятием «Государственная администрация дорог», на два млн. леев. • Согласно статистическим данным, граждане нашей страны вновь стали тратить больше чем зарабатывают. • По итогам восьми месяцев текущего года, доходы НКСС превысили расходы на 150 млн леев. • Согласно решению НКФР, базовая премия для внутреннего обязательного страхования автогражданской ответственности (RCA) увеличена с 735 до 760 леев в год. • Периодическое издание «Monitorul Fiscal FISC.MD» начало подписную компанию на 2018 г.
