Codul fiscal prevede revenirea TVA la 19%, eliminarea „taxei pe stâlp“, a accizei de 7 eurocenţi şi ajustarea impozitului pe dividende. Codul fiscal, care a intrat în vigoare la începutul anului 2004 şi a suferit de-a lungul timpului numeroase modificări, a fost rescris şi a fost aprobat ieri de Parlament, însă doar o parte din măsurile de relaxare fiscală propuse de guvern au primit girul legislativului.

Международный (IASB) и американский (FASB) разработчики стандартов на голосовании и приняли решение выставить на всеобщее обсуждение ограниченные поправки в совместный стандарт по признанию выручки (IFRS 15, либо Topic 606 в US GAAP). После их одобрения составители отчетности получат более подробное руководство по проведению анализа “принципала-агента”.

Proiectul de Cod Fiscal a fost votat, în plenul Camerei Deputaţilor în forma anunţată de Guvern, cu o singură modificare, respectiv reducerea TVA de la 24% la 19% începând cu 1 ianuarie 2016. Iniţial, reducerea de TVA anunţată era de la 24% la 20%. Eugen Teodorovici, ministrul Finanţelor a anunţat că deficitul va fi mai mare decât cel asumat cu instituţiile internaţionale, dar se va plasa sub limita de 3%, stabilită prin tratatele UE.
