Conform art. 335 alin. (2) din Codul fiscal, sistemul taxelor rutiere include
Potrivit art. 4 alin. (8) al Legii nr. 93-XIV din 15.07.1998 cu privire la patenta de întreprinzător, patenta se autentifică, aplicîndu-se semnătura conducătorului organului ce a eliberat patenta şi se ștampilează.
Taxa pentru folosirea drumurilor Republicii Moldova de către autovehiculele neînmatriculate în Republica Moldova se calculează de către organul central de specialitate al administraţiei publice din domeniul transporturilor rutiere.

Taxa pentru folosirea drumurilor Republicii Moldova
Se va calcula o taxă suplimentară pentru folosirea drumurilor de către autovehicule neînmatriculate în Republica Moldova care tranzitează teritoriul ţării, în cazul în care termenul de şedere a acestora pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova depăşeşte 24 de ore?
