Întreprinderea a pavat porțiunea de drum care duce spre obiectul comercial arendat, fără de care nu este posibil accesul pe timp de toamnă și de iarnă. Cheltuielile au constituit 30 mii lei. Le contabilizăm ca cheltuieli curente sau formam un mijloc fix? Aceste cheltuieli sunt deductibile în scopuri fiscale?

Compania a importat o piesă de schimb pentru a o instala la un echipament livrat scutit de TVA cu drept de deducere, care se află în termen garanție. Are dreptul compania să deducă TVA la import pentru piesa de schimb? Care este modalitatea de facturare a acestei piese de schimb, dacă cumpărătorul a achitat echipamentul care include și garanția de 2 ani?

Instituția procura din afara țării codul de activare a unui program. Acest cod este transmis prin e-mail. Se aplică la această livrare TVA? Dacă da, atunci unde trebuie de adresat pentru a efectua procedurile necesare?
