Entitatea „U” SRL, care aplică regimul de impozitare prevăzut de cap. 71 din Codul fiscal, prestează servicii de consultanţă fiscală şi contabilă. În anul precedent veniturile din consultanţă fiscală depăşesc 60% din venitul din vânzări. Ţinând cont de modificările operate în legislaţieîn anul 2018, urmează să stabilim dacă entitatea „U” SRL poate aplica regimul de impozitare aplicat în modul general stabilit.
Entitatea „G” SRL a prezentat declaraţia privind TVA pentru luna septembrie 2018 în termen, însă nu a achitat suma TVA aferentă bugetului în mărime de 14 mii lei din lipsa lichidităţilor. Acum entitatea „G” SRL intenţionează să achite restanţa la data de 30.11.2018,odată cu penalitatea aferentă. Cum urmează a fi calculată această penalitate şi cum se achită ea la buget?
Proprietatea privată (bunul imobil) nefolosită în activitatea de întreprinzător, potrivit art. 39 alin. (1) lit. b) din Codul fiscal, se consideră activ de capital.
Ce sancțiune se va aplica contribuabililor pentru depunerea dării de seamă fiscale cu întârziere în anul 2018?
