Приказом директора Государственной налоговой службы внесено изменение в Приказ ГГНИ № 143 от 13 сентября 2002 об утверждении форм принудительного взыскания налогового обязательства, а именно – изменен бланк Решения о принудительном взыскании налогового обязательства налогоплательщика. Документ опубликован в МО сегодня, 24 ноября.

În Moldova se păstrează un surplus de valută străină, volumul ofertei persoanelor fizice depăşind cererea din partea companiilor de 1,5 ori.
La începutul lunii noiembrie, veniturile bugetului de stat al Moldovei s-au majorat cu 4,684 mld. lei (20,8%) comparativ cu perioada similară a anului 2016 şi au constituit 27,187 mld. lei ($1,553 mld.).
Законопроект, регламентирующийусловия найма поденных сезонных работников, принят Парламентом в первом чтении. Представляя проект, государственный секретарь Министерства здравоохранения, труда и социальной защиты Анастасия Очеретный сказала, что законопроект направлен на борьбу с незаконным трудоустройством в основном в сельском хозяйстве, где этот вид найма наиболее распространен.
Proiectul hotărârii de Guvern cu privire la aprobarea Planului de acţiuni aferent executării art.46 alin.(8) din Legea nr.234 din 3 octombrie 2016 cu privire la Depozitarul central unic al valorilor mobiliare este expus pentru dezbateri publice de către Ministerul finanţelor.
Ministerul Sănătăţii, Muncii şi Protecţiei Sociale propune spre dezbateri publice proiectul Hotărârii Guvernului Cu privire la aprobarea modificărilor și completărilor ce se operează în unele hotărâri ale Guvernului care urmează să reglementeaze controlul de stat în domeniul activității de întreprinzător, insituind un nou sistem instituțional de control.
Правительство отказалось поддержать законодательную инициативу группы депутатов относительно включения с 2017 г. некоторых категорий земель в перечень освобожденных от уплаты налога на недвижимое имущество, хотя сама идея проекта поддержана в другом законодательном акте.
