În Moldova a fost simplificată procedura lansării afacerilor în sfera comerțului, grație implementării „ghișeului unic” și trecerii la sistemul de notificare. Acest fapt îl prevăd amendamentele la Legea privind comerțul interior, care au fost adoptate anterior de Parlamentul Moldovei și au intrat în vigoare ieri, după publicarea în Monitorul Oficial.
Пенсионеры cмогут получить не востребованную пенсию за три года и более. Решение об этом было принято сегодня Конституционным судом (КС). Согласно постановлению КС, пенсия является основным источником дохода получателей, вследствие чего лишение права на пенсию несоразмерно и ущемляет право на собственность, что противоречит положениям Конституции. Вместе с тем КС постановил, что пенсию нельзя будет получить на основании доверенности, срок которой превышает 6 месяцев, — говорится в документе.
