Об этом журналистам сообщил министр финансов Октавиан Армашу, отметив, что в проекте закона будет оговорено, что на погашение долга по ГЦБ будет использоваться распределяемая прибыль Нацбанка Молдовы, перечисляемая сейчас в бюджет, и, как ожидается, значительную часть долга по этим ГЦБ погасят за счет средств НБМ.
