Banca Europeană de Investiții și-a anunțat disponibilitatea de investi, din nou, în Republica Moldova. La un acord, ce prevede finanțare de 25 milioane de euro pentru izolarea termică a clădirilor din capitală, au ajuns reprezentanții instituției internaționale și primarul de Chișinău, Dorin Chirtoacă. Anunțul a fost făcut chiar de acesta în cadrul ședinței de luni a Primăriei.
