Anastasia Certan: " Impozitarea nerezidenţilor: determinarea tratamentului fiscal pentru persoanele fizice nerezidente" În continuarea rubricii cu tematica „Impozitarea nerezidenţilor”, în această ediţie a revistei ne vom focusa asupra determinării tratamentului fiscal pentru persoanele fizice nerezidente, care obţin venituri din activitatea de muncă desfăşurată pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova (în continuare – RM), fără a constitui o reprezentanţă permanentă şi fără a fi remunerat de o reprezentanţă permanentă.

Începînd cu aceast număr al revistei deschidem o nouă rubrică pentru cititorii noştri cu tematica „Impozitarea nerezidenţilor”, în cadrul căreia ve-ţi putea afla mai multe informaţii utile privind Convenţiile fiscale internaţionale şi legislaţia fiscală naţională. Rubrica va fi structurată în conformitate cu aspectele ramurale/tipul tranzacţiei/forma, locul achitării/alte momente relevante ale nerezidenţilor şi tratamentul fiscal al veniturilor active/pasive obţinute de aceştia în cazurile respective.
