Ținînd cont de prevederile art. 163 alin. (6) din Codul fiscal
În conformitate cu prevederile art. 92 alin. (3) din Codul fiscal
În conformitate cu prevederile art. 88 alin. (1) din Codul fiscal, fiecare angajator care plătește lucrătorului salariu (inclusiv primele și facilitățile acordate) este obligat să calculeze, ţinînd cont de scutirile solicitate de angajat și de deduceri, și să rețină din aceste plăți un impozit, determinat conform modului stabilit de Guvern.
În conformitate cu prevederile art. 92 alin. (4) din Codul fiscal
Potrivit prevederilor art. 71 alin. (1) lit. n) din Codul fiscal, veniturile obținute din activitatea desfășurată conform contractului (acordului) de muncă sau din cea desfășurată în baza altor contracte cu caracter civil, inclusiv onorariile
Conform modului de completare a Notei de informare (Forma IALS), aprobat respectiv prin Ordinele Ministerului Finanțelor nr. 140 din 20 noiembrie 2017, nr. 149 din 5 septembrie 2018, în coloana 6 se indică suma totală a venitului îndreptat spre achitare în perioada fiscală.
Potrivit art. 92 alin. (3) din Codul fiscal, persoanele care sunt obligate să rețină impozitul în conformitate cu art. 88–91 vor prezenta Serviciului Fiscal de Stat, pînă la data de 25
