Stimați contabili, Redacția PP ”Monitorul Fiscal FISC.md” a publicat pentru utilizatorii site-ului monitorul.fisc.md cu statut ”Premium” noile Standarde Naționale de Contabilitate, cu ultimele modificări introduse prin Ordinul Ministerului Finanțelor Nr. 166 din 28.11.2013 cu privire la aprobarea Recomandărilor metodice privind tranziţia la noile Standarde Naţionale de Contabilitate şi modificarea şi completarea ordinelor nr. 118 şi 119 din 6 august 2013.
У нас есть решение суда и исполнительный лист о взыскании долга за поставленный нами товар, а также пени и других расходов за невыполнение договорных обязательств. В какой момент нужно в учете провести начисление сумм по исполнительному листу: после получения оплаты должником? Ведь всегда есть вероятность не получить оплату, а доход при этом увеличить. Какой документ регламентирует этот случай?

Primul pas. Conform prevederilor Legii contabilității nr.113 din 27.04.2007 (art. 24) și Regulamentului privind inventarierea, aprobat prin Ordinul Ministerului Finantelor nr. 60 din 29.05.2012 (p. 3, alin. 7), entitatea trebuie să efectuează inventarierea bunurilor materiale, în caz de incediu.

Prin Ordinul Ministerului Finanțelor nr. 188 din 30.12.2014, a fost completat Planul general de conturi contabile, aprobat prin Ordinul MF nr. 119 din 06.08.2013. Aceste completări au fost efectuate pentru evidenţa rezultatelor activităţii, veniturilor şi cheltuielilor organizaţiilor necomerciale, pe fundalul aprobării prin același ordin a Indicațiilor metodice privind particularitățile contabilității în organizațiile necomerciale.
