Согласно законопроекту о фондах обязательного медицинского страхования на 2018 г., стоимость полиса ОМС в фиксированной сумме в следующем году сохранится на уровне 4056 леев. Размер взносов ОМС, рассчитанные в процентном отношении к зарплате и другим выплатам, также не изменятся и составит 9% — работодатель и работник будут выплачивать по 4,5%.

Şomerii înregistraţi la Agenţia teritorială pentru ocuparea forţei de muncă din cadrul familiilor beneficiare de ajutor social vor presta, la solicitarea primarului, activităţi de interes comunitar. Proiectul de lege pentru modificarea şi completarea Legii cu privire la ajutorul social, aprobat de Guvern în ședința din săptămâna trecută, este publicat în ediția din 20 octombrie a Monitorului Oficial.

În conformitate cu art. 57 alin. (3) din Legea privind sistemul public de asigurări sociale nr. 489-XIV din 8 iulie 1999 (în continuare — Legea nr. 489-XIV), în scopul ţinerii Registrului de stat al evidenţei individuale angajatorii sunt obligaţi să pună la dispoziţia Casei Naţionale de Asigurări Sociale (în continuare – CNAS) şi a structurilor ei teritoriale datele şi documentele necesare ţinerii evidenţei stagiului de cotizare şi plăţii contribuţiilor de asigurări sociale conform unei metodologii elaborate de aceasta.
